  I woke up at 4:30am. I had a bladder spasm I didn’t feel. My bed had a puddle of urine on it; the sheets are now in the wash. The sun still isn’t up & there’s too much involved to try and get back to bed. Maybe I’ll just take a nap later. *sigh*
